Design Concept
The concept centers around modern sophistication with an artistic edge. Neutral architectural surfaces—matte black, soft grey, and warm wood—act as a backdrop for sculptural furniture and striking pop-art canvases. Every element, from lighting to material selection, was curated to highlight texture and form without overwhelming the space.
Royal Phuket Residence showcases a refined modern renovation that balances luxury, comfort, and personality. Designed as a private home for a contemporary art enthusiast, the interior merges bold statement pieces with clean architectural lines, creating a space that feels both vibrant and composed.

Living and Dining
The open-plan living area features a deep blue velvet sectional paired with a sculptural marble dining table, anchored by contemporary brass lighting. Natural light flows through full-length drapery, enhancing the sense of calm and spaciousness. Artworks and iconic furniture, such as the striped lounge chair, add playful contrast to the minimal palette.
Bedroom
The master suite continues the language of subtle luxury with layered lighting and tactile materials. A floating ceiling detail with integrated lighting defines the sleeping zone, while mirrored walls expand the space visually. Custom bedside lamps and geometric bedding complete the composition with quiet elegance.
Staircase Feature
A floating stair with a mesh balustrade and bronze pendant lights connects the levels like an art installation, blending craftsmanship with modern design expression.
A Refined Sanctuary of Texture and Warmth Embracing a moodier, curated aesthetic, this residence creates an intimate atmosphere through a sophisticated interplay of rich textures and warm earth tones. The living area serves as the chromatic heart of the home, anchored by a plush deep terracotta velvet sofa and maritime-inspired artwork, which are balanced by sleek, organic-shaped coffee tables for a look of eclectic elegance. This narrative of refined luxury flows seamlessly into the private quarters, showcasing a spa-like bathroom defined by a striking brushed rose gold vessel sink against dark marble, alongside a bespoke light oak walk-in wardrobe designed with high-end finishes for meticulous organization.
Sofa & Seating: A vast, plush deep sapphire blue velvet sectional sofa anchors the living space, providing a luxurious textural element and a rich pop of color against the neutral walls and warm-toned wood flooring. It is complemented by a uniquely shaped, sculptural armless chair featuring bold black and orange striped upholstery, which injects a playful, graphic energy into the room.
Lighting as Art: The main lighting fixtures are intentional design statements. In the living area, a molecular-style brass chandelier with amber-toned glass bulbs hangs, casting a warm glow and acting as a central artistic focal point.
