The vision was to breathe new life into a traditional villa while respecting its cultural essence. A restrained palette of white, sand, and wood creates harmony, while the bold red entrance and pergola provide a confident statement of character — a modern nod to traditional Thai symbolism.

A striking red portico frames the entryway, casting rhythmic shadows across textured stone steps. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the arrival experience is both grand and intimate, introducing the home’s blend of vibrancy and serenity.
Interior Atmosphere
Inside, open-plan living connects seamlessly with ocean views and greenery. The interior combines contemporary minimalism with crafted detail — clean-lined furniture, high ceilings with exposed beams, and the use of rich wood floors. Subtle decorative accents, such as handmade ceramic jars and patterned console tables, ground the modern design in Thai artistry.
The heart of the residence is the expansive open-plan living and dining pavilion, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
